Software Support Specialist in IT/Facility Management (CAFM) (m/f/d)

You will support them in using our CAFM software by telephone, remote control and ticket system. As the first point of contact, you will help to solve technical problems and ensure an optimal user experience. Your tasks

  • Direct processing of reported support cases from software users
  • Telephone support or processing of tickets
  • User support, for example. via remote access
  • Installation of software updates
  • Process-oriented solution of complex and technical user questions
  • Documentation in the ticket management tool and in the internal database (as a know-how platform)
  • Adherence to standard procedures for proper escalation
  • Checking and adjusting system configurations and user settings to ensure optimal software performance

Your profile

  • Completed training in the field of computer science, business informatics
  • You have knowledge of modern, object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++ or .NET
  • You have experience in working with databases (MySQL, Oracle)
  • Initial experience in support is an advantage for you
  • You are friendly, communicative and enjoy working in a team
  • You can explain technical problems clearly
  • You like to work independently and are structured
  • Your skills also include conceptual, analytical thinking
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
