Your tasks

  • Collaboration in technical and commercial facility management projects
  • Requirements and process analyses at the customer
  • Developing processes for the optimal use of synergies from the areas of planning, construction and operation for our customers
  • Creation of class, requirement and process models
  • Documentation of workshops
  • Resource planning and control, quality control of projects
  • Presentation of pit software to customers and at events

Your profile

  • A completed technical degree or comparable training
  • Initial experience in facility management and/or TGA is an advantage
  • Basic CAD knowledge an advantage
  • Experience with relational databases in ACCESS, MySQL or Oracle
  • Knowledge in the field of technical, commercial and infrastructural FM
  • Service, consulting and sales orientation
  • Conceptual, analytical thinking as well as the ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
